Renee Firby, SLP of  Jackson Jade will discuss Dysphagia, problems of experienced by children with Down Syndrome with feeding and swallowing and she will answer questions.  Renee’s last presentation in July prompted two of our kiddos (over age 3) to have swallow studies completed that resulted in dysphagia diagnoses.  I highly recommend this meeting for parents with kids of all ages as dysphagia is too often missed in our kids.
